Bedfordshire bird news May 2026
A Kentish Plover was at Broom GPs 4th-6th. Also there was a Wood Sandpiper at Broom GPs 12th -16th and a Eurasian Spoonbill 18th.
There was a Ring Ouzel at Sewell Quarry 1st-3rd.
Two Black Terns were at Priory CP 7th with another 10th and a Sandwich Tern was at the Coronation Pit 3rd. Single Arctic Terns were at Priory CP 4th, Fenlake Meadows LNR 4th and Broom GPs 6th.
