Bedfordshire bird news May 2024

A Wryneck was at Broom GPs at the south end of Gypsy Lane East. It then flew across fields towards Jordans Mill 1st.

 

A ring-tail Montagu’s Harrier flew west at Broom GP 16th and a European Honey-buzzard flew south-east over Rookery Pits 26th.

 

A Glossy Ibis flew north over Kempston 12th.

 

A Black Tern was at Broom GP 6th and a Garganey was there 6th & 10th.
