Bedfordshire bird news September 2025
A Wood Warbler was at RSPB The Lodge 25th and a Pied Flycatcher was at Warden Warren 8th.
A Glossy Ibis flew over Priory CP 18th and was briefly nearby at 100 Acre Lake at Meadow Lane GPs 20th.
There were a few Black Terns with two at Brogborough Lake 8th-9th, up to two at Priory CP 9th-20th and a single at Grovebury Sand Pit 21st. Two Black-necked Grebes were at Priory CP 9th.
A Wood Sandpiper was at Broom GPs 8th-11th and a Garganey was there 8th-21st.
