Bedfordshire bird news November 2025
A Hume's Leaf Warbler was at Marston Vale Millennium CP 21st-27th and was the first to be seen in Bedfordshire. Another first for the county was a drake Lesser Scaup at Broom GPs on Peacock's Lake 9th.
A Long-tailed Duck was at Brogborough Lake from 24th. A Smew and Waxwing were at Harrold and Odell CP 30th.
A Ring Ouzel at Bedford in Moon Park 16th and a Dartford Warbler was at Arlesey fields west of River Purwell from 26th.
A Glossy Ibis was at Harrold and Odell CP until 19th and one was at Broom GPs on Gypsy Lane East 18th. Three Kittiwakes were at Stewartby Lake 15th.
